Traditionally project planning has been a slow, labor intensive process. That's why organziations have dedicated planning periods, and why so many projects run simply run without details plans. But what if project planning was really fast and easy? What if you could make detailed plans for every idea in minutes?

One, Two, Three

Horizon is an AI-powered project planning tool that brings the benefits of detailed plans to everyone. Starting from just a high level description of your project, Horizon will create detailed workstreams, critical paths, schedules, resourcing plans and budgets.

And, like a professional project manager, Horizon will identify project risks and external dependencies. In other words, what can go wrong, and what the project depends on that is out of your control.

Change Plans

Plans are rarely perfect the first time. They require thought and revision. To assist this process, Horizon provides the Rebuild Loop.

Once Horizon has created an initial plan for you, you can lock down the parts of it you want to keep. Maybe the budget is too high? Or maybe you know a critical resource will be out of office for two weeks and the schedule doesn't accommodate that? Lock that in, and hit Rebuild Plan.

Horizon will rebuild the plan, respecting your constraints, and otherwise making changes as necessary. Need to cut budget? Lock the budget down to a lower target. Horizon will do its best to create a new plan that meets the new budget.

Share Plans

Once you have a plan you can easily make a link (optionally password protected) that you can share with whomever you'd like. They'll be provided with a read-only view of your plan.

You can also collaborate on Horizon projects with others, and lock plans to prevent collaborators from accidentally change them.

Execute Plans

Horizon integrates directly with Coule: a Horizon plan will sync directly with a Coule initiative. From there you can run your project, assigning work items to team members as necessary.

Actual Reality

Whether via Coule integration or manual entry, you can put actual values into your plan: how long a task actually took, how much an expense actually cost. Horizon will start to incorporate actuals into its data and forcast schedule slips in real time.
